1. Services Provided
[Shinelussmobiledetailingllc] (“Shinelussmobiledetailng”) provides mobile automotive detailing services at the customer’s requested location within Milwaukee County and surrounding areas. Services may include interior detailing, exterior washing, waxing, polishing, ceramic coatings, and other agreed services.
All services are subject to vehicle inspection and condition.
2. Appointments & Access

Customers must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle.

The service location must allow lawful water drainage in compliance with local Milwaukee ordinances.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable.
Customer must:

Remove all personal belongings from vehicle prior to service.
-
Secure pets.
-
Provide access to keys if necessary.
3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected service.

Excessive dirt, pet hair, bodily fluids, mold, or hazardous waste may incur additional charges.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods: [Cash / Card / Zelle / etc.]
Failure to pay may result in legal collection action under Wisconsin law.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Minimum 5-hour notice required for cancellation.
-
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of "90%" of Total value service.

Severe weather may require rescheduling at Company’s discretion.
5. Customer Responsibilities & Pre-Existing Damage
The Company is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, oxidation, fading, cracked trim, loose parts, or mechanical issues.

Damage resulting from improperly installed aftermarket parts.
-
Failure of aged paint, clear coat, or brittle plastics during normal detailing processes.
Customers acknowledge that detailing may expose previously hidden damage.
6. Environmental & Regulatory Compliance
Services are performed in accordance with applicable Wisconsin environmental guidelines. Customer agrees that the service location permits lawful washing activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Wisconsin law:

Company liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied, you must notify the Company within 24 hours. The Company will be given the opportunity to correct the issue before any refund request is considered.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Venue for disputes shall be Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. Small claims disputes may be filed in Milwaukee County Small Claims Court.
10. Photo & Marketing Release
The Company may photograph vehicles before and after service for marketing purposes unless the customer declines in writing.
No personal information will be shared.
11. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse service for:

Unsafe environments

Harassment or threatening behavior
-
Hazardous contamination
-
Illegal activity
12. Agreement
By booking service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
