Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction.

If a completed service does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund of 80% of the total service value. The remaining 20% will be issued as a credit toward your next booked service.

If you need to cancel a service prior to your appointment, we kindly request at least a few hours’ notice in advance. Cancellations made with appropriate notice will receive a refund of 90% of the total service value.
